A: We provide samples based on development costs. A simple design is typically USD 100/pc and takes about 7 working days. Complicated designs are USD 200 or more, depending on complexity. All sample costs are refundable once the bulk order matches the MOQ.

How do you control the product quality?
A: Quality control starts right from material purchasing. Before mass production, we assign two master craftsmen to finalize pre-production samples. During production, they monitor every stage to ensure correct stitching. Once covers are ready, 6 skilled inspectors verify the stitching. After stuffing, 8 artisans shape the toys and run another quality check. Finally, before cartoning, 2 to 4 workers conduct a final inspection.
