There is no strict minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, we recommend a minimum of 100 pieces for optimal cost efficiency. Small quantity orders are fully welcomed and accepted.
What information is needed to request an accurate quotation?
To receive an accurate quote, please provide your design drawings (including front, side, and back views for best results), the desired size of the plush toy, and your estimated production quantity.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take to produce?
Sample creation costs between $80 and $150 per design, depending on the complexity of the design drawings. It generally takes 5 to 7 working days to complete the first sample.
What if I am not satisfied with the initial sample?
We offer two free modification opportunities to adjust the sample to meet your satisfaction. Our designer will refine the hand-made sample based on your feedback.
What materials and customization options are available?
We offer premium materials like Super Soft Plush, Super Soft Spandex, and Crystal Imitation Rabbit Fur. Sizes and colors can be customized fully according to your specific specifications. We also support adding private labels and tags.
What extra promotional services do you offer?
