1 What kind of plush toys can you make?
We always do custom designs, OEM/ODM also welcome.
2 Can you define the custom process?
Which means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork/pictures...), we can add your logo on the toys, embroidered or printed as per your requirements, we can do the package based on your designs...
3 Please clarify the sample policy and costs?
We can provide samples, but based on costs, for simple one always us$100/pc, taking 7 working days around, for complicated one will be us$200 or more, depends on your designs. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches MOQ.
4 If we have many types but each with small quantity, can you start with us?
Yes, we can try, only if you can accept the high unit costs. As you know this will be hard to handle, surely some extra costs added.
5 How do you control your quality?
From start of material purchasing we already have our first controlling of the quality, then before mass production we assign two masters to finish the pre-production samples, when mass production, they will keep an eye on every procedure to keep they are with right sewing. Once we finished the covers, 6 skilled workers to check whether they are sewed well. After pp cotton stuffed, 8 skilled workers to shape the shapes, check the quality again, before packing into cartons, there will be still 2-4 skilled workers to check again, then packed to be delivered.
6 What about the shipment methods and terms?
We always do FOB/CIF/DDU/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done. Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call. By sea taking 30-40days around to your sea port; By air taking 5-7days to your air port; By express taking 5days around to your address.
