Sample Policy
We will provide you with a sample cost, which typically includes transportation costs. Once payment is received, our engineers will arrange production. The sample product cost will be fully refunded to you in your bulk order (transportation costs of the sample are non-refundable). After the sample is finished, we will confirm the precise unit price, actual shipping costs, and apply any eligible volume discounts.
After-Sales Policy
If you receive goods in bulk orders and find major technical or material problems within one week, or if the return rate exceeds 30%, we will bear all return transportation costs to re-repair the products. Please note that we do not support direct refunds, as customized products cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
