The sample fee covers the material sourcing, printing, embroidery, and labor setup costs for customized designs. Once the sample payment is received, we take full responsibility for crafting and refining the sample until you approve it as perfect.

For orders valued under $1,000, full payment is required upfront. For orders over $1,000, we accept a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% balance payable against the Bill of Lading (B/L).
