1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We will provide samples after you pay the sample charge. The cost depends on your sample specifications, usually ranging from USD 50-200 per style. If there are complex embroideries, prints, or customized elements, the sample fee may be slightly higher.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
Typically, samples are ready within 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge and approved design files.
4. What is the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our production capacity is 100,000pcs/month. The standard production time is generally around 30-35 days.
5. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% balance paid before loading.
6. Do you support OEM/ODM customized orders?
Yes, we specialize in both OEM and ODM services. We can customize patterns, embroider or print logos, and develop theme-based designs according to your specific branding demands.
