How about your OEM service?
Custom designs and logos are welcome.
What about the sample policy?
Most of our samples are free. For new molds and customized logos, customers need to pay for the express delivery fees. The freight can be refunded after the order is confirmed.
How will the samples be delivered?
The customer should provide the consignee account for the express delivery. By air through DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx, and it will take 3 working days.
What's your payment term?
By telegraphic transfer, letter of credit, Western Union or Alipay. 30% as a deposit and 70% of the balance before shipment.
